In most cases, you may just have to do a simple reset of your control panel. To do this, disconnect all power cables, wait about 20 minutes, then reconnect everything. Once plugged back in, press and hold the reset (down) button for 5–10 seconds.

If one side of the desk is lifting higher than the other, it's often due to an improperly connected motor rod.

We recommend first lowering the desk to its lowest setting using the control panel. Then, reconnect the motor rod securely. Make sure the rod is fully inserted into the table leg without motor. After reconnecting, you can manually rotate the rod to ensure both legs are level at the lowest position.

Finally, plug the desk back in and hold the reset (down) button for 5–10 seconds.

Saving your preferred height is easy:

Adjust the desk to your desired height.
Press and hold button 【1】, 【2】, or 【3】.
The LED display will show H1, H2, or H3 and flash for about 3 seconds.
Once the display shows the saved height, your setting is confirmed.

Yes, the tabletop comes with pre-drilled holes, making it simple to align and attach the frame with screws.

We also include all the necessary tools: an Allen key and a Phillips screwdriver—so you can assemble your desk right away.
